I upgraded my iOS system, and now my Info Lock F won't except my password and I cannot open my file. I've contacted the company three times with no response from them.

The silence by the Info Lock team is very frustrating. Please respond. At least help with recovery options please. No doubt you are trying to reconnect. I am prepared to upgrade if that were necessary or possible.
